Presentation: Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Bridges* (*But Were Afraid to Ask)
One (1) PDH will be provided for licensed professional engineers who attend the meeting.
Biography: Ralph Verrastro, PE is a bridge engineering expert who provides bridge design quality assurance reviews, engineering education, expert witness testimony, bridge product evaluations and bridge design-build consulting services for civil/bridge engineers, land developers, bridge product suppliers, bridge contractors, community association boards, municipalities, and attorneys. Ralph graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University in 1976. His career has included bridge design experience throughout the United States, and he is a registered Professional Engineer in 37 states. The Florida Board of Professional Engineers has approved Ralph Verrastro, PE as a Continuing Education Provider which allows him to develop engineering training courses and provide continuing education certificates (CEH/PDH). In 2018, Mr. Verrastro was selected to receive the statewide Engineer of the Year Award by the Florida Engineering Society.
