APWA Northeast Florida is offering the opportunity to earn CEU credits by hosting a Professional Ethics Seminar luncheon, presented by Ed Bayó, Esquire. Mr. Bayó is Board Certified in State & Federal Government and Administrative Practice; he left state government in 2002 to co-found Grossman, Furlow & Bayó, a boutique firm focused on regulatory and administrative law. A frequent speaker statewide and nationally, Mr. Bayó has delivered more than 260 seminars on licensure, ethics, boundaries, and risk management.
