Robert is a past president of the FL Chapter of APWA and currently serves on APWA’s National Board of Directors, representing Region IV. He is Vice President of McKim & Creed, a national engineering firm, and provides planning, design, construction, and operational support on diverse public works projects for federal, state, and municipal clients throughout the nation.
